BEACH WALKING THERAPY
There are numerous benefits to being in nature. It is good for our mental health, lowers cortisol, and improves sleep.
It is also a wonderful opportunity to use natural materials in mindfulness exercises and grounding techniques.
There may also be other reasons why an office setting or online is not good for you and it is important to me that therapy is accessible to you too.
We walk the same route every session. Walking itself can help with processing our experiences and can make it easier to open up about difficult issues.
There are few places as beautiful as Portobello so why not take advantage of this wonderful landscape to support your therapeutic journey.
