Supervision
I offer supervision to therapists, trainee therapists, and those in related professions.
I have experience supervising psychotherapists, social workers, nurses, and occupational therapists in mental health teams. I offer a supportive and reflective space to understand the issues affecting you and your work. In addition to working relationally, I love research and exploring new ideas. I am currently studying for a PhD at Edinburgh University.

I am on the list of approved supervisors at Edinburgh University and Metanoia Institute.
I offer both group and individual supervision.

As your supervisor, I always start from a position of respect for your skills as a practitioner, I see myself as being alongside you in your work, working with the best interests of the client in mind at all times.
I am committed to ensuring you get what you need from our relationship. I welcome feedback and enjoy sharing ideas and learning from you. Supervision should be a two way street.

Supervision with me costs £60 for an hour, and £80 for one and a half hours.
I offer supervision online all week and in person on Thursdays in Edinburgh.
I am prompt and thorough with providing reports and paperwork you may need if you are studying, or applying for accreditation. I am accredited with the BACP.

I work in a supervision group with other supervisees, and I have individual supervision too.

I hold a number of qualifications in different areas of psychotherapy, which I draw on to support your work. I am qualified to Masters level in the person centred approach. I am also trained in EMDR, mentalisation based working, and mindfulness.
I love learning about therapy, so wherever you have other skills or interests I seek to nurture these and continue to keep the excitement about this fascinating work going.
