Supervision 

I offer supervision to therapists and trainee therapists for £60 for an hour or £80 for one and a half hours.

I offer supervision online only.

I am passionate about all aspects of therapy and I like to work creatively with supervisees. I use a tool box of ideas developed over many years, to help you be the best therapist you can be.

Working as a therapist can be extremely challenging both personally and professionally and good supervision is extremely important to prevent burn out.

 I always start from a position of respect for your skills as a practitioner, and I see myself as being alongside you in your work.

I have a lot of experience supervising psychotherapists, nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers in the NHS mental health field. As such I have a huge amount of experience to draw on.

​

 I continue to work as a contracted lecturer at Greenwich University on their BA and MA Social Work programmes, so I stay up to date with research around mental health, counselling, education, and trauma.

​

I continue to challenge myself by working in a supervision group with other supervisees, and I have individual supervision too, so I consider myself a learner as well a supervisor/teacher.

 

More importantly I am committed to a philosophy of being genuine, whole hearted, and reliable in our relationship. 

 

I hold a number of qualifications in different areas of psychotherapy, which I draw on to support your work. I love learning about therapy, so wherever you have other skills or interests I seek to nurture these and continue to keep the excitement about this fascinating work going.
